Do you charge for estimates?
No. Every estimate is free. We’ll measure your space, discuss your options, and give you a written quote with no obligation. You only pay if you decide to move forward.
How long does a frameless shower door installation take?
Most frameless shower doors are installed in one visit, typically two to four hours depending on the layout. From your first call to finished installation, expect about one to two weeks that includes the measure, glass fabrication, and install appointment.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every installer on your job is a direct employee of Ace Mirror & Glass. They work under our CA License #796241 and follow our quality standards. You’ll never have a stranger from a third-party crew show up at your door.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Orange County from our shop in Laguna Hills. That includes Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Irvine, Newport Beach, Dana Point, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, and surrounding communities.
Do your window replacements come with a warranty?
Yes. Our window installations include a lifetime transferable warranty. That means the warranty stays with the home even if you sell it. If a seal fails or glass unit has a defect, we’ll replace it.
Can you match my existing hardware finish?
In most cases, yes. We carry hardware in brushed nickel, chrome, matte black, oil-rubbed bronze, and polished brass. If your project needs a specific finish to match existing fixtures, let us know during the estimate and we’ll confirm availability.
