Friendly and quick

Had a one side of a dual-pane bedroom window break the inside glass while we were away on vacation. Called a few places for estimates, and Ace Mirror & Glass seems to be one of the few places that always has someone answer the phone instead of having to leave a message and wait for a call back. They were also the most reasonable price AND the quickest turnaround. I had one person bid me $100 more with a month wait. Ace was able to come out for measurements within a few days of calling, and get the new glass the next week. I realize a lot of contractors give you a high price/far-off date because the job is too small and they don’t want to hassle with it, so I really appreciate that Ace was able to fix this for me. I didn’t want to have to buy an entirely new window when only one half was broken. The guys who came to do the install were friendly and quick. I have all the windows in the house tinted through another company, and when the tint guy came today he told me that whoever installed the new glass did a really nice job. Apparently he’s seen a lot of messy installations, so it makes me feel better knowing that another industry professional thinks it was well done.
